The normal voucher flow
This is the simple path for new locations. Each step links directly to the relevant admin section.
1. Set up your location basics
Add the location name, website, address, and map link. These details are shown on voucher pages so customers know who the voucher belongs to.
Manage locations2. Create a discount template
A discount template is the reusable offer: for example ‘Free drink’, ‘10% off lunch’, or ‘€5 off at the bar’. Start with one simple template.
Create discount template3. Choose or upload a PDF card layout
The PDF template decides where QR codes appear on printed cards or flyers. You can use the default layout first, choose online-only batches, and customize later.
Edit PDF templates4. Generate a voucher batch
Create a batch of QR vouchers. For a first test, generate a small batch of a few vouchers. You can print the PDF or use individual voucher links.
Generate voucher codes5. Activate vouchers
A scanner user can scan a QR code and fill in voucher details, or an admin can select multiple vouchers on the dashboard and activate them with the same values.
Open dashboard6. Redeem the voucher
When the customer uses the voucher, a scanner user scans it again and marks it as redeemed. The voucher cannot be used again after redemption.
Open scannerRecommended first setup
- Create one discount template, such as Free drink.
- Use the default PDF template or choose an online-only batch.
- Generate a small batch of a few vouchers.
- Activate one voucher as a scanner user, or batch-activate a few selected vouchers from the dashboard.
- Open the public voucher page and then redeem it.
After that works, you can configure users, locations, page design, PDF layout, analytics tags, and advanced activation rules.
